
Fr. Bob has been the pastor of Holy Family Parish since January of 2014, his second opportunity to do so, with the first time being from 1997 to 2007. Originally from Kingsville Ontario Fr. Bob has served at many parishes throughout the Diocese of London.

Fr. Steve, originally from Windsor, came to St. Patrick parish in Lucan in July 2021. Prior to that, he served at St. Peter’s Seminary for twenty years where he taught and served as spiritual director for seminarians and lay students. During his last ten years at the seminary, he served as Rector. We are so blessed to have him guide and shepherd us here at Lucan Northwest London Catholic Family of Parishes where he will be Associate Pastor.

Fr. Jude is originally from Nigeria. He is a member of the Spiritans; the Congregation of the Holy Spirit. He comes to us with an amazing amount of pastoral experience. from Nigeria, Zambia, Archdiocese of Toronto, Ottawa and the Diocese of London. We are so blessed to have his joyful and welcoming spirit guide us.

Deacon Tom is part of the Preaching Team with Fr. Bob, Fr. Jude and Fr. Steve. He also work closely with Lisa Wright in Sacramental Preparation in the areas of Baptism, Confirmation and RCIA. He also has some Diocesan responsibility at St. Peter’s Seminary in the Formation and Study Program for the Permanent Diaconate and on the executive for the London Deanery.

Christina Bahati
Praise and Worship Leader
Leads the congregation in Praise and Worship at Sunday 2 pm Masses. Songs of praise and short biblical reflections set the tone before Mass to encourage discipleship, community, and hearts ready for worship. Christina is a member of the Senior Leadership Team, which supports and advises Fr. Bob.

Responsible for all aspects of our livestreamed Masses and Sacraments, video recording, and editing of our videos. Works directly with volunteers, training and encouraging their gifts to serve.

Responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping of both Parishes, including payroll, accounts payable, database management and keeping the lights on! Works directly with administration at both St. Patrick and Holy Family Parishes. Teresa works part-time for our Family of Parishes.

Assists the Pastor by managing the temporal/business functions of the parishes within the Family. Tim works collaboratively with the Pastor, staff, volunteers, committees, and Diocesan Centre staff, while overseeing the financial, human resources, building and property, administration, and fundraising functions for the Family of Parishes. Tim is a member of the Senior Leadership Team, which supports and advises Fr. Bob.

Responsible for pastoral support to the priest at St. Patrick Parish in Lucan, pastoral support for Sacramental prep, coordinator of Volunteers for Communion to shut-Ins & homebound and other ministry support. As well as day to day managing of the office and facility bookings, works with the Mission Support Team Lead on operational matters concerning St. Patrick Parish on a part-time basis..

Erwin Fung
Discipleship Formation Team Lead
Helping leaders, staff, and volunteers become formed as disciples. Supports staff and ministries with programs, resources, and leadership development such as Alpha, Bible Study, and Life Groups. Erwin is a member of the Senior Leadership Team, which supports and advises Fr. Bob..

Responsible for registering new parishioners and maintaining the Parish database. Assisting with scheduling Hospitality volunteers with Ministry Scheduler Pro. General office assistance, part-time, Tues/Wed/Thurs 9-1, and coverage duties for Kelly, the Office Administrator.

Organist and pianist responsible for leading and planning the music for the Sunday morning and weekday Masses, funerals, weddings, and other liturgies. Emer also coaches and coordinates the cantors for these liturgical celebrations.

Responsible for pastoral support to our parish priests and discipleship formation programming. Leads the Bereavement Ministry, pastoral support for Funerals, Weddings and Communion to those who are homebound. As well as processing Mass requests, office reports, and assisting liturgical ministries. Manages the parish facility bookings.

Assists families in preparing their children to receive the blessed sacraments including Baptism, First Holy Communion, First Reconciliation and Confirmation. Lisa leads those in their faith journey through R.C.I.A. (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults). Lisa is also the liaison for our family of schools.
